Order Fulfillment

Refinity Mailing has full service distribution capabilities
and can accommodate direct marketing and sales
efforts, be they fulfillment on demand or a full scale
outbound effort. Our professionals expertly package,
scan, ship and track each order following your instruc-
tions per your campaign. We have facilities and highly
efficient personnel to stock, store, manage and ship all
your orders.

We receive your merchandise, verify the contents,
record the inventory, then break down, organize and
store your shipments. Individual orders are re-packed
and shipped as per invoices.

We scan every order to ensure accurate shipping,
shipping calculations, manifesting and process and
print invoices batched by like-shipping methods.
Invoices are bar coded with order numbers, US Postal
Service Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation number, UPS
tracking number, or the Federal Express air-bill tracking
number.

We provide complete return and exchange processing,
merchandise inspection and re-stocking; update your
inventory and generate refunds or replacement orders,
maintaining customer records; and provide packaging
for your merchandise per our campaign agreement
with you.

Only orders that can be completely filled are authorized
on credit cards unless you wish for us to backorder the
items. After authorization on credit card orders, invoice
and shipping documents are printed and sent to the
warehouse ready for picking, packing and shipment.
