Refinity Mailing's Call Center is staffed with highly
trained and personable staff. Our representatives are
educated regarding your campaign and merchandise
and are able to respond to product queries, be they
technical or non-technical.

Our Call Center will act as an extension of your
company by answering phone calls with a customized
script and greeting which you have approved. Callers
will believe they are calling your company directly
placing orders, if that is your wish. We can assist you in
writing the operators' script.

We can process orders electronically or manually. We
can receive orders by phone, mail, fax and e-mail
(either directly or via website). With our specialized
software, we can process catalog and mail orders,
direct response orders, continuity orders, or any com-
bination thereof.

Refinity Mailing provides on-line manual data entry of
credit cards on phone orders, and provides off-line
manual data entry on orders paid with credit cards,
checks or money orders for orders received by mail,
fax, or e-mail. Security is maintained and credit card
orders are approved or declined instantly at the point
of the order.
